AFFILIATE AGREEMENT

By joining our Affiliate Program, you agree to the terms and conditions specified in this Agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully. Your participation in the Affiliate Program means that you accept and agree to abide by all the terms and conditions stipulated herein.
PARTIES INVOLVED
This is an agreement between you (“The Affiliate”) and Smart Money Concepts Indicators (“The Company”), the owner and operator of smartmoneyconceptsindicators.com (“The Website”).
By participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to this Agreement.
AFFILIATE PROGRAM
After acceptance into the Program, Special Discount Code will be made available to you to track your sales. Your acceptance of our affiliate program means you agree to and abide by the following.
- You will only use the codes given to you without manipulation.
- Your website will not in any way copy or resemble the look and feel of our Website, nor will you create the impression that your website is our Website or part of our Website.
COMMISSIONS
Our Affiliate Program offers each affiliate to be part of the company and earn a profit share of all sales generated by the affiliate.
- Affiliates will receive a commission of 33% of the revenue minus payment processing fees as a result of a sale of a product or service to a user that accessed our Website using the special code given to the affiliate.
- If you are an influencer or have a $10K or more followers/subscribers, you will receive a commission of 50% of the revenue minus payment processing fees as a result of a sale of a product or service to a user that accessed our Website using the special code given to the affiliate.
All Commissions will be paid on every sale. This means you will earn a commission on the 1st sign up and every subsequent subscription renewal.
UNLIMITED COOKIE LIFETIME
The tracking cookie will remain in place indefinitely for as long as the user has used the special code given by us to the Affiliate. or the Affiliate is removed from the Program.
SPECIAL DISCOUNTS FOR AFFILIATES
Affiliates will be given exclusive discounts on Company’s products and services. These discounts can be used personally by the Affiliate or shared with their audience.
PAYMENT
Commissions will only be paid on sales that are made using the special code given to the qualified Affiliate.
Commissions will be made available for payout 14 days after the payment is made to allow time for any refunds if they occur.
There is no minimum amount required to be eligible for the payout of the affiliate commissions.
Affiliate Commissions will not be paid out automatically. All qualified Commissions will be paid out upon request from the Affiliate.
Payments will be made via PayPal unless asked to be paid using a different payment method.
TERM AND TERMINATION
This Agreement shall commence upon your acceptance into the Program and shall continue thereafter until terminated as provided herein. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Company will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising in connection with this Agreement or the Affiliate Program.
MODIFICATION
We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include changes in the scope of available referral fees, fee schedules, payment procedures, and Affiliate Program rules.
By continuing participation in the Program, the Affiliate agrees to any and all modifications.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England, UK.
ADVERTISING AND USE OF COMPANY'S BRANDING
Affiliates are permitted to use the Company’s branding and marketing materials for the purpose of promoting our products or services. However, all such use must be in accordance with our brand guidelines, which will be provided to the Affiliate upon request.
If the Affiliate wishes to create and publish its own marketing materials that incorporate the Company’s name, logo, products, or branding (“Affiliate Ads”), it must first obtain our explicit written consent.
Affiliate Ads must be professional in appearance, factually accurate, and in good taste.
Affiliates are prohibited from bidding or running ads on Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media platforms, or any other kind of online advertising platform under keywords and phrases that contain the Company’s name, product names, or any common misspellings or variations thereof. This includes exact match and broad match bids.
Affiliates are not permitted to use the Company’s name (including any common misspellings or variations thereof) in any URLs, website domain names, social media profile names, or any other online identifiers.
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as the advertising rules and guidelines of any online or offline media where the Affiliate Ads are published.
BREACHES OF THESE TERMS
Any violation of these rules may result in the immediate termination of this Agreement and the forfeiture of any commissions owed to the Affiliate.
